Ethiopia – Urabeast

You’d be pushed to tell that this is a naturally processed Ethiopia. Its super clean and crisp. Floral notes are intense in the aromatics. A delicate naturally sun-dried coffee which has winey notes of red grapes and some red berries. When this cools down its juicy and refreshing with a long aftertaste.

The Urabeast location was founded in 2017, taking the name from ‘Uraga’ the area where the coffee is from, and ‘beast’ to reflect the energy and resilience of coffee. The coffee was grown by smallholder farmers living around the micro regions of Tobutu, Gomoro, and Suke in Oromia, Guji literally in their back yards
