There are a couple of directions this cup takes both in the tropics region as well as the citric space of pink grapefruit. You will also see notes of violets which we really loved. It’s big, juicy and sweet. Just the ticket for a great wake up.
Gersay Beyou Station is located in Gersay Kebele, in the southern part of Ethiopia, 14 km from the town of Yirgacheffe. The site covers 2 hectares at an elevation of 1900 masl, and more than 1,550 smallholder farmers deliver cherries every week. They grow heirloom varieties on small plots of land around their houses, colloquially known as ‘garden coffee’. This lot was processed using the Supernatural method.

Since 2015 we have roasted every coffee we serve. Today we run three coffee shops in Chania and our first shop outside Crete, in Pangrati, Athens. All are supplied with green coffee from remarkable farms across the coffee-growing world.
