The harvesting period for this Supernatural Yirgacheffe coffee from Koke Shalaye starts in November and continues onwards. The varieties grown are JARC 74110, 74112, and 74165. The specific processing method and the unique characteristics of the Gediyo and Koke regions contribute to the distinct flavors and qualities of this coffee, particularly the Supernatural Raisin (NT3) variation.
