This is coffee is from Finca Terrazas in La Libertad, Huehuetenango, known for its high altitudes, rainfall, lush shade and moderate temperatures. Finca Terrazas, is owned by the Vides family, a well known coffee growing family in Guatemala. After selective handpicking, cherry is delivered to the wet mill at Finca Terrazas. Cherry is

pulped and then dry fermented. Parchment is washed in clean water and dried on patios. Parchment is raked frequently to ensure even drying. It takes a total of 17 days for parchment to dry fully.
