Honduras – Finca Flor del Campo

Big bright and juicy. This coffee is quick to spread the aroma of Vanilla and tropicality in the air. Balanced sweet acidity of a fresh mango with a refreshing flavour of strawberries in the background.  The finish is bold and beautiful like a ripe Papaya.

María Dolores Baide Leiva is the owner of Finca Flor del Campo, a very small farm (0,7 hectares) situated near the village of Las Flores. The farm cultivates only Parainema, which is a hybrid coffee varietal created in Honduras. Maria’s initial decision to plant Parainema was based off the attractive size and appearance (it’s a dwarf hybrid, making it easy to pick).
