Tropical fruit and a playful hint of bubblegum hit first. On the sip it turns juicy and bright, with berry and peach sweetness. The body is structured, and a soft chocolate syrup finish rounds it off. Clean, vibrant and fun.

Finca Las Flores is one of five Pitalito farms that joined forces for shared success. The Vergaras began here in 1990, and son Jhoan now directs processing. This lot is his special selection of Ombligon, a rare variety named for its navel-shaped cherries, grown at 1,750 masl. Multi-stage fermentation and a thermal-shock wash keep the cup clean.
