Black Eyed Kate

Katerina Mavromataki, loosely translated, is Black Eyed Kate.

Kate is a psychologist turned pastry chef, and a Kross co-founder. Black Eyed Kate is her specialty cake shop and pastry lab in Chania’s town centre, open since 2023. Everything is made from scratch here.
