Filippos Nikomanis: 21st in the world, now brewing in Barcelona

Filippos Nikomanis won the Hellenic Brewers Cup and represented Greece at the World Brewers Cup in Brussels, finishing 21st on his very first appearance, at just 22 years old.

He brewed with Origami Japan x Sibarist carafes and presented the spoon sieve we have been developing with Sibarist, shown at worlds while still at prototype stage.

Filippos brews with us every day in Chania while studying Chemical Engineering at the Technical University of Crete.

Next: as a national champion, he has been invited to the Champions Room at My Coffee Awards in Barcelona, where he will brew his World Brewers Cup routine.
