Ethiopia – Dale Shefina, Filter

The Dale Shefina washing station is processing this years’ Abeba. A group of smallholders in the Sidamo region have gathered their strengths to produce this amazingly floral coffee. At 1950 metres above sea level, volcanic soils rich with nutrients, meticulous processing with a 72 hr wet fermentation and drying on raised African beds. You’re in for a treat.
Exceptionally clean and crisp with a medium to full luxurious body.
