Bright complex intense aromas when you bring to your nose. Ripe intense notes of stone fruits and berries as a base flavour followed by an aromatic tropical character. Sweet juicy body with a sticky like rich finish.
At 2100 masl the Logita station in the Bensa district of Sidamo is sat next to wonderful clear waters which provide for ample resources for experimentation.
Heirloom beans in 50kg batches are processed anaerobically for a period of 60 hours allowing for a development of intense fruit tastes.
