Federico Pacas Lopez is the owner of Finca Santa Petrona named in honour of his great grandmother. Bourbon trees were planted in 1927. Santa Petrona have their own wet and dry mills. The level of expertise is immense and everything is carried out on site before reaching us the roasters.
At 1500 metres above sea level, rich soils and expert cultivation and meticulous processing through an anaerobic fermentation results in a truly exceptional coffee.
Supreme example of a single varietal, clean, sweet, flavourful and fragrant.
