This fully washed coffee is supremely clean and sweet. Citrus notes of lime emerge when you stir and come close to smell it. Flavour is delicate and sweet like milk chocolate. The finish to it is that of a rich hazelnut.
Bucaramanga is the capital city of the department of Santander, in north- central Colombia. The Santander Department is known for its natural, shade-grown coffees cultivated throughout the forests, where the rich volcanic soils, idyllic microclimates and average temps (68-71°F) are perfect for growing specialty grade arabica.
