Bright complex intense aromas when you bring to your nose. Ripe intense notes of red berries and a white honey sweetness. Complex as it cools with notes of hibiscus and lime finish. Sweet and juicy body with a sticky coating end.

The Ethiopia Guji Muje Mesina coffee is produced in the southern part of Ethiopia, specifically in East Guji, located 17 kilometres from Adola town. It is cultivated at an altitude of 1980 MASL. Harvesting of the coffee cherries begins in November and is grown in farmers’ backyards. The Awata River, located at a longitude of 38.834° E and a latitude of 5.943° N, serves as the water source for the coffee processing, which contributes to its overall quality.

ALANA, inspired by childhood memories of the 80s. Remember the days you’d grab your bike, head over to your best mates house and yell at him/her to come out and play? Well that’s the idea, a coffee blend of two that play well together and don’t really care about being liked by everyone. It’s playful with it’s fruity character and vibrant as the energy a 10 year old has to play hard all day. It’s all organic and made up of two single origin coffees.

Tear and brew it anyplace. Home, office, or camping maybe. A mug, some hot water and a drip bag is all you’ll need to recreate that special cup of joy.

Drip instructions:
1: Rip the bag
2: Pull out the wings over the edges of your mug
3: Slowly pour over 225ml of hot water
4: Bang you’re good to go.

The washing station is called ZB, short for Zeritu and Banchayehu, the names of the wife and daughter of the co-owner and founder, Bekena. The station is located in Masina town, in the Adola area of Sidamo Guji. Coffees grow in small farmers backyards in the Yirgacheffe region. The coffees are known as “Garden coffee” and they are harvested from October-January.
